I am a UKCP approved supervisor and have many years experience working to support, encourage and develop the practice of psychotherapists and counsellors. I have worked as a supervisor to students, newly qualified therapists and experienced, senior therapists and trainers. I am able to support, guide and encourage therapists at all levels of working and degrees of experience.

In addition to one-to-one supervision, I can offer small group supervision. Experience has shown that this can be particularly suitable for trainee or newly qualified therapists, who may have a small caseload or wish to benefit from the shared advatages that group supervision can bring. If you are interested in group supervison, please contact me to talk about costs and possibilities of meeting.

My work has also taken me into corporate coaching, development and change management. My own background as a chartered surveyor has given me an awareness of how human emotional and psychological needs often require skillful and sensitive handling when people are faced with the demands of corporate and business models.

Experience has shown that at times of change, where there are problematic relationships in the workplace or where individuals may be struggling with workplace demands, consultation with an experienced psychotherapist can provide a helpful perspective and lead to more creative and effective solutions. If you are looking for the kind of supervision or consultation that my skills and experience as a psychotherapist could offer, please feel free to contact me to discuss it further.
